Welcome to the off-site backup mail server. In the unlikely event that our primary mail server is down, this off-site mail server here will take over in its place. Any email messages you receive while the primary mail server is down will arrive here. Once the primary mail server is back up, any messages received during that time will be forwarded back to our primary mail server. If you delete any messages in the off-site mail server, they will be deleted for good and will not be forwarded to the primary mail server.

If you would like to have your CIS mail forwarded to a different email account during this period, you may select the 'Forward' tab at the top. Login with your mail credentials, and provide the email address where you would like to have your mail forwarded. Mail will only be forwarded to this address while the primary mail server is down. Once the primary mail server is back up this will no longer occur.
